Afterward, he was transformed into a cyborg through the machinations of the corrupt attorney Kerwin J. Broderick and the powerful Moondragon, who utilized advanced technology from Titan. This transformation granted Ramrod a range of formidable abilities, but he found himself coerced into aiding Broderick in his quest to dominate San Francisco. Over time, his portrayal has shifted towards that of a comedic sidekick or foil, adding a layer of complexity to his character.
According to the well-known insider @Cryptic4KQual, Billy Clements, who previously played The Russian in the 2024 film, is rumored to take on the role of Ramrod in a "brief scene" within Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Clements' previous appearance involved limited dialogue and action, suggesting that his casting will seamlessly blend into the new film without overshadowing its primary characters.
